Lynda’s insights shed light on the fact that our body doesn’t necessarily absorb all the nutrients from everything we consume, even if it’s considered beneficial for our health. This revelation underscores the significance of effective absorption. This is precisely where giawellness products come into play. They are designed with the understanding that optimal health doesn’t solely depend on what we consume, but on what our body can absorb and utilize effectively. In essence, these products align with the principle that true wellness goes beyond the surface, focusing on ensuring that the body receives the full benefits of what it takes in.

Lynda, the Co-founder of giawellness, shared a lot about the importance and the reality of rehydration with the right kind of water. She emphasized that not all waters are the same!

The current product they have originated from the Chernobyl Disaster in 1986, a nuclear power accident that resulted in fatalities in the nearby towns surrounding the affected plant. However, among these towns, one experienced fewer adverse effects due to the fact that its residents were sourcing their drinking water from a river. Upon investigating this water source, researchers discovered that it had lower viscosity. The lower the viscosity, the faster it gets into the cell.

What’s really important is when water gets into the cell, it balances the pH in the guts and that is hugely important from a health perspective. When water enters the cell, it disrupts the replication of those fungus, bacteria and different viruses. Giawellness product has now been in existence for over 12 years.

Lynda has been consuming and utilizing giawellness’ products and for the past 15 years, she has remained illness-free. This includes herself and her children, who have not experienced even just common ailments like coughs or colds. Even when her children’s peers fall ill, they remain unaffected. Her experience serves as a powerful testament to the efficacy of their product.

The following important points were discussed:

  1. We can’t live without water, so why not get the most from it.
  2. The nutrient is only good as the body’s ability to absorb and utilize it.
  3. People often assume that feeling thirsty indicates dehydration, yet by the time you experience thirst, a lot of things have already happened inside the body.
  4. Money comes from the value that you provide. So if you focus on value, you’ll never have to worry about making money.
