Many people find themselves trapped in compulsive behaviors. We can all find ourselves listening to our own negative thinking and lacking joy. What do you do when you don’t know where to turn or how to pull yourself out? On today’s Overcomer’s Podcast, Enocha Ranjita Ryan shares her story of how she went from being a compulsive overeater to a Transformational Healing Artist.

Enocha Ranjita is a 45 year resident of Sedona, AZ. She has established a private healing retreat called Your Heart’s Home Sanctuary located in Oak Creek Canyon, AZ. She recently expanded her healing art skills in the area of Conscious Death and Dying. She is now a certified Death Doula, Home Funeral Guide/Educator and Green Burial advocate. Her greatest privilege is to steward a precious piece of Mother Earth, guide people to wake up to who they really are and live a joyful life of service. Her mission has always been to live Heaven on Mother Earth-HOME.

At the age of 13 Ranjita needed a way to fill up holes that were becoming gaps in her being, to get some sweetness out of life. She was a compulsive overeater and at the age of 16 she thought she had invented bulimia. By age 20, her life was out of control. She needed help and started taking steps to surrender to a Power greater than herself. She took a deep dive into her inner being. On the shores of Lake Michigan she had a spiritual awakening. Her soul was speaking to her and led her to change everything about her life.
