David Woods is a man helping people become their best selves. Not only just that, he typically works with highly-achieving, self-motivated, successful people, and he helps them walk through what they want, what they need, their strengths and weaknesses, and then gives them advice and asks questions that allow the person to find their focus. It’s all about focusing on less to achieve much more, separating the wheat from the chaff.

Besides this, David’s credentials are pretty impressive. He was a consulting actuary to Fortune 100 companies for many years, and then decided that he didn’t fully like what he was doing, so he took his career in a similar, but different, direction. He decided to help people with themselves as well as their business, and to use the mixture of both to help them achieve a happier life and higher profits. Because of that decision he is now the CEO of the world’s largest coaching business.

He and I get into everything, from his past to the human condition. He’s been through quite a bit in his life, and he has truly been an overcomer by not just moving past everything but using it to help him achieve a better life. There’s always a way to turn adversity into your advantage, and that’s what we’re all about.

I hope you enjoy our conversation as much as I did. There are a lot of great things in our podcast, and David has a lot of knowledge and wisdom to hand out. Check out his links below to learn more about him and what he does, and even get a bit of a preview into his coaching sessions.
