Life is full of struggle, and Leah Guy has known far more than her fair share. In her younger years, Leah was the victim of rape, as well as having to overcome addictions, anxiety, and eating disorders. This led to her being depressed, unhappy with life, and feeling like she no longer wanted to be here.

It took time, but Leah was able to claw her way back into a better mind-state. She tackled each one of her problems individually, and did everything she could to understand it, accept it, and move on from it. It took time, effort, and more than a little bit of pain, but Leah rose above. She rose so far above, and became so passionate about her journey, that she wanted to help others with theirs as well.

Now, over 25 years later, she’s held a private practice for almost that whole time, along with doing workshops and retreats for twelve of those years. She is a sought-after inspirational speaker because of her expertise on the mind-body connection, energy medicine, emotional healing, intuitive readings, along with inspiring others to live their best lives. Along with all that she has written three books, owns the Modern Sage product line, as well as owning A Girl Named Guy Productions. She has earned her BA from University of Louisville and a CMT from Alive & Well Institute of Conscious Bodywork. The list of her accomplishments is truly impressive.

Today, Leah wakes up everyday knowing that she gets to help people heal and help them along their path to finding themselves so they can have a clear vision of who they are and what they’ve been through. Helping people along their own journeys to overcome their pasts, their experiences, and themselves is her greatest passion, and what she lives for.
